I ordered from vintageonpoint.com the shipping timeline was better than I thought it would be. I usually watch for little patterns with online orders, like when tracking shows up and how fast the first scan happens, and this one looked smooth from the start. Got tracking after about a day, and the package arrived in good shape. It wasn’t instant or anything, but definitely solid. I’m taking off one star because the updates could’ve been a little clearer along the way.

My order was mostly correct overall. One item came in the wrong size (which was a little annoying), but everything else was fine.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The item was tossed into a thin box with barely any padding, so it had clearly been sliding around the whole time in transit. It almost felt like they were just trying to get it shipped out as cheaply and quickly as possible, rather than actually making sure it arrived safely.

For a vintage item, I really expected a lot more care. The outer box was crushed, and once I opened it, the inside didn’t feel secure at all. Maybe they assumed I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it, but for a first order, it definitely left a bad impression...

I found a couple of really nice vintage pieces, so I can't say there wasn't anything good. The inventory was decent overall, but some sections didn’t have a ton to choose from, and the sizing wasn’t always easy to work with. Not bad by any means, I just wouldn’t have minded seeing more variety while browsing.

I ordered my usual size, the one I pretty much always get, so I figured it would be fine, but nope, it fit completely differently than I expected. Like, not even close to what the listing made it seem like. Super frustrating because I was actually looking forward to wearing it, and now it’s just that annoying thing where you have to deal with a return or exchange

The site was straightforward to browse, and the pages loaded without any issues. It did take me a minute to spot where checkout was, but once I found it everything went smoothly. Weirdly, I remember the button was next to this little icon that looked kind of like a tiny shopping basket, and that stuck in my head. Overall, it was a good experience.

The item showed up with a lot more wear than the photos and listing made it seem. Like I said, the condition was pretty much the main reason I decided to buy it, so it was disappointing to open the package and see it didn’t really match what was advertised. Like I said, I just expected it to be closer to the listing.

I liked a few of the items and some of them definitely have a nice look, but for the price I was expecting the quality to feel a bit better. Shipping was fine, not super fast or slow, just kind of normal. Weirdly, I still remember the box had one corner taped up in this bright blue tape, which stood out for some reason. I’d probably only order again if there was a really good sale or discount.

I only reached out once, but if that experience is anything to go by, their support is clear and easy to follow. The replies took a little longer than I hoped, but they did answer what I needed.

I had a quick question and was surprised by how fast support replied. It reminded me of dealing with a helpful local shop where someone actually gets back to you right away. Really smooth experience.

I’m not totally sure mine was authentic, to be honest. It wasn’t one big obvious thing, more a few little details that kept bugging me, like the finish, the labeling, and just the way it felt in my hand. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it didn’t seem quite right

It looks nice on, but the fabric was thinner than I was expecting. Not terrible or anything, just kind of... not the quality I thought it would be.

I sent this back weeks ago, i’m still waiting on the refund. I’ve reached out, but I haven’t really gotten a clear answer either. It’s just been really frustrating.

So... ordering was really easy and everything went smoothly. No fuss at all.
